Monthly Payment Program Policy

1. Program Overview

The Monthly Payment Program provides:

• One lesson per week
• Tuition charged monthly in advance
• Flexible scheduling without long-term commitment

Students may enroll at any time. Students may switch to the Academic Year Plan at any time for lower tuition and additional benefits.

2. Registration

• One-time registration fee: CA$25 per student
• Registration fee is non-refundable

3. Tuition & Payment

• Tuition is based on number of lessons scheduled per month, regardless of attendance.
• Monthly tuition must be paid in advance.
• Tuition covers reserved lesson time, not attendance.
• Family Discount: 10% per additional family member

4. Lesson Rescheduling

• Minimum 48 hours’ notice required for rescheduling.
• Only 1 reschedule per month allowed.
• Rescheduled lessons issued as Make-Up Credits.
• Lessons missed beyond the allowed reschedule count are considered absences.

5. Make-Up Credit Policy

• Credits must be used within 14 days of issuance.
• Credits cannot be used during the student’s regular weekly lesson time.
• Scheduling must be coordinated with the Admin Team.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied toward future tuition.

6. Absences

Lessons missed without proper notice or beyond allowed reschedules are considered absences. Absences are not eligible for make-up.

7. Instructor Cancellations

If an instructor cancels a lesson, it will be rescheduled or issued as a Make-Up Credit.

8. Holidays

The academy is closed on major Canadian statutory holidays. Monthly tuition is based on the scheduled lessons within the calendar month.

9. Withdrawal & Refund Policy

• Students who withdraw receive 50% refund of remaining prepaid lessons.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

10. Family Discount

• 10% discount per additional family member
• Applies to tuition only and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified.

11. Switching to Academic Year Plan

Students may switch at any time to the Academic Year Plan. Benefits include lower tuition and up to 3 rescheduled lessons per term.

12. Agreement

Enrollment confirms that the parent/guardian or adult student has read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
